The SATTLER Guarantee

1. Guarantee:
SATTLER AG offers a 5-year guarantee on solution-dyed acrylic fabrics against excessive loss of protective capability of awning fabrics. This guarantee refers to unnatural wear of the fabric. After checking the claim, SATTLER guarantees a replacement of the fabric. Should the material no longer be available, a replacement will be chosen from the existing range. Costs of processing and installation are not included.
2. Exclusions from the Guarantee
Grounds for exclusions from the guarantee are:
- Incorrect processing, improper handling or cleaning of the material
- Damage through environmental influences (air pollution, bird droppings, etc.)
- Damage from fire
- Mechanical damage
- Normal wear
3. Prerequisites for Granting the Guarantee
Utilisation of the guarantee requires that:
- The cloth is identifiable as a SATTLER cloth by means of the sewed-on lable.
- The defect is reported in writing to SATTLER AG within 15 days of occurrence.
- SATTLER AG is granted the opportunity to inspect the damage on-site before elimination of the alleged damage.
- SATTLER AG is entitled, in cases of doubt, to take samples of the defective material for testing purposes.
